The Premier League Playmaker of the Season tallied 16 assists in 32 games for City and also racked up seven goals in the process.
The Belgium international also sits top of the UEFA rankings for most assists in the Champions League with seven across 10 games.
Of course his incredible performance in our 4-1 win over Arsenal - which was a key turning point in the race for the title – had to be included. He scored two goals and assisted John Stones in his man-of-the-match performance.
And from his sublime outside of the foot goal against Bournemouth at the start of the campaign to his vital equaliser in our first leg semi-final against Real Madrid in the Champions League, De Bruyne’s performances throughout the entire season have been key in City winning the Treble.
