The England full-back struck a superb long-range strike to clinch the points on what was a special landmark day for him.
“It’s always a great achievement to reach 100 Premier League appearances – especially for such a massive and great club with so many great players,” Walker told CityTV.
“Hopefully, I can get a few more and here’s to another 100!”
