City welcome relegation threatened Leicester City to the Etihad in the Premier League on Wednesday evening.

We’ll be on a high after overcoming Bournemouth in an FA Cup quarter-final on Sunday, while Leicester haven’t played since before the international break.

In the Premier League, we’re fifth with 48 points from 29 games while Leicester have 17 points and sit in 19th.

We’ve won nine of the last 10 Premier League meetings between the sides, coming out on top in the last six by an aggregate score of 15-4.

Ahead of this one, we look back to some classic encounters of years gone by.

That includes Sergio Aguero’s four-goal haul in 2018 during a 5-1 victory, Jesus Navas’ brilliant cross for James Milner in 2015 and Ederson’s save in 2023.

However, the standout moment is, of course, the thumping title-clinching strike by Vincent Kompany in 2019.
