Lewis, who wore the captain’s armband after Rodri was substituted, made it five shortly after the break, before new signing Antoine Semenyo made it six on his debut and Tijjani Reijnders made it seven.
Nico O’Reilly’s splendid header made it eight and Ryan McAidoo’s drilled finish on his senior debut made it nine.
