Liam Delap described the 2020-21 campaign as a ‘dream come true’ after scooping the Premier League 2 Player of the Season award.

The young forward’s 24-goal haul helped our Elite Development Squad secure a maiden Premier League 2 title in style.

Delap has regularly trained with Pep Guardiola’s men this season and was in no doubts about how that added experience has impacted his personal development.

He also expressed his delight after being recognised as the standout performer in a truly memorable Premier League 2 season.
