Pep Guardiola says he does not yet know the extent of Rodrigo's possible injury.

The Spaniard went down holding his knee after colliding with Thomas Partey at a City corner.

After several minutes of treatment, he was led gingerly away from the pitch and was substituted as a result.

The City boss says he will know more in the coming days about the fitness of our No.16.

“I don’t know yet. I didn’t ask the doctors,” said Pep at his post-match press conference.

“He is strong. He leaves the pitch and his action is he felt something otherwise he would stay there.

“He is the best holding midfielder in the world and potentially a Ballon D’Or winner, I would love it [if he won].

“These are the type of games, against Arsenal, and it’s like that. We have to handle it and in many things we did it.”
