The 192nd Manchester derby was another one to remember for the boys in Blue with City overcoming Erik ten Hag’s side with a 3-1 comeback win.
Marcus Rashford gave the visitors a surprise lead with United’s first attack of the game. The England international’s thumping effort from distance was out of reach for Ederson on eight minutes.
But, like City always do, Pep Guardiola‘s side remained resilient and our hard work paid off when Phil Foden scored a sublime strike from 20 yards out to send the Etihad into a frenzy.
And he did so again 10 minutes before full-time after his second goal gave City a deserved lead. Erling Haaland added his name to the score sheet late on to top off another fantastic game on home soil .
