Manchester City returned to Premier League action with a comfortable 2-0 victory over West Ham United.
Rodrigo and Kevin De Bruyne were on target for Pep Guardiola’s side, who were playing for the first time in 16-days after adverse weather conditions had caused the original fixture against David Moyes’ side to be postponed 10-days ago.
But City showed no signs of rustiness in a game we dominated for long periods.
Rodrigo headed us in front after 30 minutes to ease the nerves after Gabriel Jesus had spurned a couple of good chances.
De Bruyne confirmed the three points just after the hour mark and from there, City saw out the game in a professional manner.
