The Argentine gave us the lead in the 21st minute from the penalty spot after he was brought down by Mehdi Benatia who was also shown a red card.
But Bayern, then managed by Pep Guardiola, hit back with goals from Xabi Alonso and Robert Lewandowksi before half-time.
