Pep Guardiola’s men celebrate being crowned FIFA Club World Cup champions!

City added a fifth trophy to the cabinet for 2023 with a 4-0 win over Fluminense in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

In doing so, we became the first English side to hold the Premier League, FA Cup, UEFA Champions League, UEFA Super Cup and Club World Cup simultaneously, while Guardiola’s fourth triumph in the competition means he is now the most successful manager in its history.

Our latest achievement was secured by an impressive display at the King Abdullah Sports City, with Julian Alvarez handing us the lead after just 39 seconds when he bundled home on the rebound from Nathan Ake’s vicious strike from distance.

An own goal from Nino doubled the advantage before the break, with Phil Foden and another from Alvarez sealing the win.

It means City go into Wednesday’s Premier League clash at Everton with a spring in our step, as we aim to maintain our latest title push.

But despite that quick turnaround, the squad still found the time to savour another incredible chapter in our recent history.

With Queen’s iconic, and rather apt, We Are The Champions playing in the changing room, the team celebrated our latest milestone in style alongside each of our five trophies!
