Manchester City lifted the Premier League trophy after Sunday’s 1-0 win over Chelsea.
It’s the third year in a row we have won the title – becoming only the fifth club in English football history to manage three on the spin.

Captain Ilkay Gundogan led the trophy lift, with CITC community representatives Alex Williams MBE and Tom O’Dell given the responsibility of handing the trophy to the German midfielder.
