His side made it seven wins out of seven and moved three points clear at the top of the Premier League with a 5-3 victory over Sunderland on Sunday.
With a winning start in the Champions League and a safe passage to the fourth round of the Carabao Cup, the City boss has been delighted with the opening to the campaign.
With several new signings and players returning late from the World Cup, it’s been an impressive start from his side.
Now we have a three-week break until our next game and the boss will take it as an opportunity to reflect on the opening weeks of the season.
“It’s time to review a little bit the games and also have some rest to go again,” he said after the Sunderland win.
“It’s a good feeling but the best feeling is that in all these games, we can learn things – different things – and try to be better and better.”
