The clash with Nottingham Forest in the semi-final will see City travel to Wembley Stadium for a 16:30 (UK) kick-off this Sunday.
Pep Guardiola’s side will be fully focused on progressing to the final in search of an eighth FA Cup trophy lift.
To get fans in the mood for our latest FA Cup encounter, we took a trip down memory lane and looked at some of the Club’s most iconic FA Cup semi-final moments.
From Paul Power’s thunderous strike in 1981 to Gareth Barry’s sublime assist to Sergio Aguero in our win over Chelsea back in 2013.
More recently, last season’s semi-final, also against Chelsea, saw Stefan Ortega Moreno deny Nicolas Jackson twice with two quick-reaction saves to help confirm our 1-0 triumph.
And of course we had to feature Yaya Toure’s strike against Manchester United at the 2011 semi-final. That goal would help see City make the final of the competition for the first time since 1981.
