Micah Richards and Joleon Lescott were both well versed in hitting the heights during their illustrious Manchester City playing careers.
And with almost 400 appearances for the Club between them, for the duo – both members of our 2012 Premier League title winning side – the Etihad is almost like a second home.
However, we decided to show the former England defenders an angle of our ground that they would never have experienced before - by taking them on a special rooftop tour of the ground.

It proved a nerve-jangling experience for both Micah and Joleon – as they were treated to views stretching as far as the eye can see around Manchester and beyond.
And it gave the duo a whole new perspective on our iconic home venue.
