Born and bred in Manchester, the boyhood Blue first joined City as part of our Under-9s – and its fair to say Nico has never looked back since.
One of the most talented and creative players to have emerged from our Academy, the midfielder initially shone bright both for City’s Under-18s and Elite Development Squad.
Alongside helping our Academy sides amass plenty of silverware, Nico further illustrated his special quality by converting a number of spectacular goals.

His impact has been no less impressive since he was elevated into City’s first team squad at the start of last season.
