The Nissan Goal of the Month vote for August is now open.

With 19 goals across the month, City fans are spoiled for choice in this month’s competition, so we’ve created a shortlist of seven to help.

The vote begins with a typically clinical finish from Erling Haaland, as the Norwegian confidently stroked home Kevin De Bruyne‘s inch-perfect pass away to West Ham United on the opening day of the season.

Ilkay Gundogan‘s strike against Bournemouth is up next, with the German opening the scoring in our first home match of the season following a typically intricate passing move.

Or will De Bruyne‘s incredible disguised finish with the outside of his foot against the Cherries get your vote?

The Belgian turns provider once again in our next nomination, threading through an exquisite ball to Bernardo Silva for our equaliser away to Newcastle United.

An equally pinpoint pass sent Haaland through against Crystal Palace, with the Norwegian shrugging off Joel Ward and coolly slotting past Vicente Guaita.

And the shortlist is complete with two impressive strikes from Joao Cancelo and Julian Alvarez from our emphatic 6-0 win over Nottingham Forest.

But which of the above gets your vote? Cityzens can have their say by clicking here.
