There were three victories and two draws for Pep Guardiola‘s side in March as we continue to compete for the three biggest trophies available to us.
Meanwhile, it was four league successes for Gareth Taylor‘s team but disappointment in both the Continental Cup and FA Cup.
Etihad Player of the Month nominees
There were plenty of incredible strikes across the 23 goals we scored throughout the month but we’ve picked the best of them for you to vote on!
First up is Phil Foden‘s screamer to level the scores against Manchester United at the Etihad. Then follows John Stones‘ goal at Liverpool, owing to a very clever corner routine.
Finally on the men’s side, we have Bernardo Silva’s decisive strike in the FA Cup quarter-final with Newcastle United.
Bunny Shaw features twice in our shortlist. First for her thunderbolt at Liverpool and second for an excellent control and finish in the Etihad derby.
Jess Park, who supplied that second for Shaw, makes the list too for an excellent volley in that same 3-1 defeat of Manchester United.
