After thousands of votes it was a close run battle for the top spot.
And we can reveal that the Nissan Goal of the Month winner was Julian Alvarez‘s wonderful individual strike in our 6-0 victory over Burnley in the FA Cup.
His effort narrowly beat Phil Foden‘s goal in the 2-0 win over Newcastle United with Erling Haaland‘s second against Burnley just behind.
There were all great strikes but Alvarez took it for his brilliant goal in the sixth-round victory when he raced onto Kevin’s De Bruyne‘s throughball, before cutting inside and smashing in an unstoppable strike.
Haaland’s first against Burnley and Bunny Shaw’s goals against Tottenham were also on the shortlist.
