Our Goal of the Month vote is back and we’ve got some spectacular strikes to start the new season.

City kicked off the campaign in style with three wins out of three in the Premier League as well as collecting another trophy when we won the European Super Cup with a penalty shootout victory over Sevilla.

And, as ever, it has made it a tough choice for the Nissan Goal of the Month.

Watch the candidates from August  in the video above and vote for your favourite below…

Cole Palmer v Arsenal

We were back at Wembley for the Community Shield against last season’s Premier League runners-up and Palmer graced the occasion with a wonderful curling strike to put us ahead against the Gunners and notch out first goal of 2023/24.

Erling Haaland (first) v Burnley

It took just four minutes for the City striker to score his first goal of the new campaign in the Premier League when he finished a well-crafted team move with a neat finish, sweeping in Rodrigo’s headed assist.

Erling Haaland (second) v Burnley

He was at it again in the first half against the Clarets with a thunderous strike off the underside of the crossbar after great work from Julian Alvarez in the build-up.

Rodrigo v Burnley

The Spanish midfielder was his usual composed self as he whipped in a close-range strike to wrap up the victory in front of the jubilant away end at Burnley.

Julian Alvarez v Newcastle

In an early test against potential title rivals, the Argentinian striker scored the only goal of the game with a delightful top-corner hit that gave Newcastle keeper Nick Pope no chance after Phil Foden worked the opportunity with his intelligent movement and sharp pass.

Erling Haaland v Sheffield United

Jack Grealish worked his magic with a teasing jink down the left wing before teeing up a perfect backpost cross for Haaland who escaped the close marking from the Blades defence to head home powerfully.

Rodrigo v Sheffield United

Another big goal from our midfielder to win the game at Bramall Lane. Kyle Walker’s role was crucial in winning the ball back and when he picked out Foden with a driven cross, the ball ran for Rodrigo to smash home an 88th minute winner.
