There were plenty of contenders for our monthly prize, but one goal edged ahead in the poll and remained there until the close.
You chose Riyad Mahrez‘s sublime 25-yard free-kick against Chelsea as the January winner.
The Algerian winger - in scintillating form of late - lined up the set-piece, and then whipped the ball over the wall and into the top right-hand corner to give keeper Kepa Arrizabalaga no chance and put City a goal to the good.
The Blues went on to win the FA Cup tie 4-0.
