After another month of great goals, March’s Nissan Goal of the Month winner has been crowned.
Phil Foden’s sensational equaliser against Manchester United in City’s eventual 3-1 win at the Etihad Stadium has been selected from our list of nominees.
Our Academy graduate collected the ball on the edge of the area, shifted it onto his left foot and beautifully curled into the top corner – providing a feeling of euphoria for those of a sky blue persuasion.
The England international’s rocket against our arch-rivals represented his first of five strikes across the month as City remained unbeaten in March as we continue to fight on three fronts.
