His destination was Fulham and he’s set to return to the Etihad with the Cottagers for Wednesday’s Premier League encounter, kick-off 19:30 (UK).
Guardiola was asked for his thoughts on the young winger and why it didn’t work out for the Norwegian at the CFA.

“Oscar we have no doubts about his potential,” he said.
“Depends on him, what he wants to become.
“He wants to become a top-class player, he will be a top-class player.
“He has all the attributes.”
