The Foxes have moved out of the Premier League drop zone after three wins in the last five games.
That included a 4-0 win at Wolves as well as 2-0 and 4-0 victories at home to Leeds United and Nottingham Forest respectively.
Guardiola admires opposite number Rodgers and believes he’s shown his expertise in helping guide his team away from trouble.
We face the Foxes on Saturday, with a 12:30 (UK time) kick-off at the King Power Stadium.
And talking ahead of the game, in his pre-match press conference, Guardiola said: “In the bad moments how he reacts, he reacts incredibly well.
“The club is stable, he knows exactly what he has to do.
“When everything is going well it is easy to be a manager. The problem is how you handle it when it is not going well.
“The expectation is always there with Leicester after what they achieved in the past, winning the Premier League, the FA Cup, Community Shield, so the expectations are high and it is not easy to handle.
“But you have seen they have lost one game in the last four or five, so that means they are back.”
