Pep Guardiola said he was 'really happy' with City's Champions League progress after a 3-0 win over Marseille capped off an unbeaten group C campaign

Three second half goals from Ferran Torres, Sergio Aguero and an Alvaro Gonzalez own goal secured the 3-0 victory, and resulted in a second-successive unbeaten run in the group stages of the Champions League.

The win also booked our place in the round of 16 of the competition for the eighth season in a row, and Guardiola expressed his happiness with his side’s performances in reaching the knockout stages.

“I am really happy, especially with the way we played all the games,” declared the manager.

“In general, all of the games were good performances so we are in the next round and we see all of the teams are incredible so it will be an interesting draw.”
