City fought back twice to draw 2-2 at Crystal Palace thanks to goals from Erling Haaland and Rico Lewis.
We were without Nathan Ake and Manuel Akanji who joined a lengthy injury list with Rodri, Oscar Bobb, John Stones and Mateo Kovacic.
Lewis is also set to be suspended for next week’s Manchester Derby after picking up two yellow cards against Palace.
And after the opening months of the season which has seen the squad stretched, Guardiola says he feels fortunate that Haaland, Lewis, Bernardo Silva, Ilkay Gundogan and Josko Gvardiol have been able to feature with little rest.
Haaland is now the joint top scorer in the Premier League with 13 and Guardiola is grateful for his impact.
“We are so lucky to have him,” the boss said. “We are so lucky.
“We are lucky we have Rico; we are lucky we have Bernardo, Josko, Gundo – all this season these players have been playing without rest.
“We are so lucky we have these five-six players with us and Erling with his sense of goal and threat is always there. We are lucky to have him.”
