Pep Guardiola believes an ever-growing fixture pile up is not a cause for concern ahead of our first game of 2021 against Chelsea.
City head into the New Year with nine scheduled games in just 28 days, competing in three different competitions - the Premier League, FA Cup and Carabao Cup.
However, the City boss believes that the fixture congestion shows his side are competing well in every competition.

“It is what it is. When you win a lot of titles - four in one season - you play a lot of games,” said Pep.
“It won’t be an exception right now. If we play a lot of games it means we are in the competitions.”
He added. “We will play every game with the players we have and compete as best as possible. But we can’t be thinking about it not being good.
