City moved to within five points of the top of the Premier League with an emphatic 5-1 win over the Clarets.

Visiting defender Maxime Esteve was unfortunate to score two own goals but it was a strong performance from Guardiola’s side.

Matheus Nunes also struck an excellent volley and Erling Haaland scored a late double to take his tally to eight Premier League goals already.
