Both players have been through all the age groups at the City Football Academy before going on to break into Pep Guardiola’s side.
The pair sat down together to look back at some of their favourite moments, greatest goals and shared experiences on their way to the top.
Among them were stunning individual strikes from Foden at the Academy Stadium that led him to the getting his first ever senior goal at Oxford United in 2018.
And who can forget Palmer’s hat-trick for the EDS on the same evening he was a substitute in the senior team’s win over Burnley in 2021?
The City stars talk through their passes, goals, lucky deflections and celebrating family members from their time with the youth team.
And neither will forget those incredible moments when they got those first ever goals for the senior team that made all their hard work so worthwhile.
It’s been a memorable ride but it’s only just starting and they both agree that those magic memories have given them a special connection with the Club.
