Rodrigo has been in sublime form this season, attracting plaudits far and wide for his superb displays which have helped City into top spot in the Premier League as well as the last eight of both the Champions League and FA Cup.
With the games coming thick and fast as we enter the business end of the season, we caught up with Rodrigo and his partner Laura as they tried their hand out at the driving range.
As they got into the swing of things at the Trafford Golf Centre, both Rodrigo and Laura chatted about meeting as University students back in Spain.

They also spoke about their studies, with Rodri having combined a degree in Management and Business Administration alongside his football career and Laura currently a medical student training to become a surgeon.
Rodrigo also reflected on his memorable season to date, including scoring that dramatic last-minute winner at Arsenal as well as lifting the lid on his competitive nature.
The Spanish international speaks too about learning to nurture and carefully craft his football intelligence to great effect working under Pep Guardiola.
And we also discover that both Rodrigo and Laura are no slouches when wielding a golf club in their hands!
