Rodrigo has revealed that he is delighted with his contributions for City so far this season after another good display during the 2-1 Premier League victory over West Ham at a snowy Etihad Stadium.

The midfielder played the entire 90 minutes again for City, bringing a calming influence in midfield against a tricky West Ham side.

Ilkay Gündoğan scored the opener for City and Fernandinho added a late second goal, before Manuel Lanzini added a late consolation for the visitors.

Rodrigo admitted that he is enjoying his football at the moment.

“I’m really happy with my performances this season,” he said.

“I’m growing in all the senses, physically I feel really good right now. I totally fit in this team and I know every day what the manager demands from me and what my role is in this team.

“I’m wanting to grow and to improve every game. I’m very happy and satisfied.”

The 25-year-old also gave a special shoutout to the ground staff at the Etihad for their role in clearing up the snow off the pitch and spoke about the team’s current form.
