The 20-year-old, who joined City from Girona this summer, will shortly link up with Pep Guardiola’s men after they arrived back from their USA Tour.
He is relishing this ‘new chapter’ of his life in the Premier League.
“I’m really happy and honoured,” he told press at his unveiling media briefing.
“I am really looking forward to training.
“I thank God for the opportunity to have brought me here and I am grateful to everyone at Manchester City for signing me and putting their faith in me and I am now a part of this huge club.
“I am really looking forward to this opportunity and can’t wait to start training and make my debut for this team.
“I’m really happy to be here. It’s a new chapter in my life and I am ready for all the challenges in front of me.”
Savinho had an outstanding campaign on loan at Girona last season as he helped the Spanish side qualify for the Champions League for the first time in their history.
He scored 11 goals and contributed 10 assists as the Catalonia club finished third behind Real Madrid and Barcelona.
The Brazilian playmaker hopes to be equally influential in the sky blue of City as he looks forward to teeing up the likes of Erling Haaland and Kevin De Bruyne.
“I’m really looking forward to providing assists to Haaland and other players like De Bruyne,” he added.
“I am really looking forward to working hard during the week to be ready and at my best for the weekend.”
