The statue was unveiled on Friday as part of the club’s celebrations of the 10th anniversary since his goal sealed our first Premier League title with a dramatic stoppage time goal against Queens Park Rangers.

Every night the statue will appear blue, thanks to special lighting effects that also illuminate Kompany and Silva.
