Jack Grealish says he believes his best is yet to come for Manchester City.

The England international was on target for the first time this season in our 3-0 win at Wolves, our last game before the international break.

After overcoming an injury that halted his progress early on in the campaign, the winger revealed in the wake of the Molineux win how he was still building up to full match fitness.

Grealish says that having had a debut season to attune to playing under City boss Pep Guardiola, he is confident he can really kick on this term.

Meanwhile the boss asserts that Grealish’s impact shouldn’t just be measured by goals and assists, saying how much more there is to his game.

For his part, Grealish also expressed his gratitude for the manager’s support and confidence in his ability.

“I still have a lot of fitness to improve upon but that will come over time,” Grealish declared.
