City ambassador Shaun Wright-Phillips and AC Milan’s Honorary Vice-President Franco Baresi visited a joint community event in New Jersey as part of 'City and Milan For Change'.

Club legends for City and AC Milan respectively, the pair surprised participants and even got involved in some of their sessions as part of the experience.

The City and Milan for Change initiative saw both AC Milan and City give back to the local community with a number of activities planned around our recent pre-season fixture at New York’s Yankee Stadium.

Children from Success Academy Charter Schools Soccer Program, actively supported by Fondazione Milan since 2021, and from City In The Community (CITC) Soccerbloc program in Staten Island were invited to Sofive Meadowlands to take part in a community football session with coaches from both clubs.

As an Official Partner of both City and AC Milan, PUMA supported the community event by donating Manchester City and AC Milan kits and footwear for the children taking part.

The two teams also changed kits at half-time of our pre-season clash last week, City coming out for the second 45 in our new Third Kit with Milan opting for their 2024/25 Away strip.
