The 26-year-old shot-stopper put pen to paper in a deal that will see him stay in Manchester until the summer of 2030.
The Italy international is a renowned winner of major trophies.
Across his stints with AC Milan, Paris Saint-Germain and his national team, Donnarumma has won 12 major honours, including the UEFA Champions League, four successive Ligue 1 titles and the 2020 UEFA European Championship.
And he’ll be hoping to experience many more during his time at City.

But before he could get accustomed to life in Manchester, Donnarumma raced off to the international stage after signing his contract, where he captained Italy in their 2026 World Cup qualifier wins over Estonia and Israel.
Arriving back in Manchester, Donnarumma conducted his first set of media duties before joining up with his new teammates.
