We travel to the Midlands as we face Aston Villa at Villa Park in a 11:55 (UK) kick-off.
The Villans currently sit 9th in the WSL, securing 16 points on the board so far, while City continue to sit eight points clear at the league summit.
Victory over the claret and blue side would be a massive boost for our hopes of clinching the title moving us a whopping 11 clear before Manchester United face West Ham on Wednesday evening.
However, before then a talented Villa side stand in our way and the manager emphasised the high standard across all teams in the league and how no game is easy.
“Watching Aston Villa in many games, I think it’s a good team,” he explained.
“They’ve been struggling a couple of weeks but at the same time in all those games they create chances and they score some goals also.
“It’s definitely a team that will challenge us if we don’t perform on the level that we need to.
“It was the same when we played here, even though the result became pretty big in the end it was a tight game for a long time during it.
“It’ll be a tough opponent, definitely on Sunday.”
