With over 20 years of managerial experience, our new Head Coach has seen the rapid development of the women’s game first-hand and discusses some of the adaptations he’s made to his own style and philosophy over that time.
It’s an ongoing process though, with Jeglertz emphasising the importance of constant innovation and personal development to stay ahead of the curve.
The new purpose-built Women’s building is testament to that mindset, with the Swede again highlighting the importance of a close bond between the playing squad and staff at City.
Creating a winning mentality was a key focus in his first interview as our Head Coach, but emphasis was also placed on maximising the potential of our current playing squad.
And Jeglertz was quick to once again discuss the exciting future of the Club beyond next season, aided by the incredible facilities on offer to our players at the CFA.
He’s also looking forward to sampling the incredible Joie Stadium atmosphere having watched from afar in recent years.
