Our goalkeeper was then called into action ahead of half-time when she made great saves to deny Katie McCabe, Alessia Russo and Beth Mead.
Following the interval we grew into the game and continued to press for an equaliser, but the precious goal evaded us as we failed to score for the first time in the league this season.
