The Jamaican grabbed a hat-trick against Tottenham Hotspur to help City to a 4-0 win at the Etihad Stadium.

But Shaw was quick to heap praise on her fellow City stars and the influence they have on her remarkable scoring form.
Speaking about her breaking the WSL hat-trick record, she said: “I didn’t know that, but the players I have around me make it easier for me.
“I just have to keep my head down, stay consistent and be ready when those balls come in.
“Today we came out here and wanted to get the job done. Spurs can be a tricky game and we’re aware of that.
“We wanted to come out and stamp our class early on and I think we did that.”
