The best of the action from City's dramatic FA Cup semi-final comeback victory over Chelsea at Stamford Bridge.

City reached the FA Cup final for the first time since 2022 with a 3-2 extra time win over the holders.

Coming just four days after being crowned Barclays Women’s Super League champions, the Blues dug deep to overcome a two-goal deficit and book a date with Brighton & Hove Albion at Wembley Stadium.

Chelsea took an early lead through Erin Cuthbert’s deflected strike, with Sam Kerr’s close-range header then doubling their advantage just before the hour mark.

It looked like our FA Cup journey was coming to an end but, with just four minutes left of normal time, City mounted a remarkable comeback.

First, substitute Mary Fowler scored for the first time since her return from an Anterior Cruciate Ligament rupture to halve the deficit, finding the bottom corner with a clinical left-footed effort.

That goal saw City spring back to life and, just one minute into stoppage time, Khadija ‘Bunny’ Shaw drew us level with an incredible improvised volley on the turn.

The momentum had swung our way, and Shaw then completed the turnaround with a header in the 103rd minute after Yui Hasegawa had stolen possession from a Chelsea goal kick.

Despite that, we were thankful to Khiara Keating for a fantastic save at the death when she tipped Sjoeke Nusken’s header onto the bar to preserve our slender advantage.

Our first victory at Stamford Bridge, City dug deep to keep our hopes of a historic double alive.
