That’s why we’re celebrating International Women’s Day all week, helping to shine a light on some of the brilliant people who make up our team and spread empowering messages to participants.

Amy joined CITC as an apprentice working on our Primary School sessions and has made her way up to become a Full Time Coach.
She now supports children aged between two and five on their fundamental movement skills!
