Eartha Cumings says she’s eager to replicate the success she found in Sweden at Manchester City.

The experienced 26-year-old has become our latest summer signing, penning a three-year deal which will keep her at the Club until the summer of 2028.

It follows her illustrious spell at Rosengard where she helped her former employers to the 2024 Damallsvenskan title where they won 25 out of their 26 league matches while conceding just nine goals.

That led to her being named Goalkeeper of the Year at the end of the term and Cumings says she’s determined to experience the taste of winning major honours in the years to come.

“That [season] was amazing. That was my first title, so winning the league was super special,” she explained.

“The way we did it was an amazing experience. And it was a it was a really, like blessing to be part of that team.

“For sure [I’m ambitious for more silverware], I’d never won anything before that and then when you do win something it’s quite nice.

“I felt it was an honour [to win Goalkeeper of the Year]. There are some great goalkeepers in that league and I think like obviously we had an amazing season as a team. So, it’s kind of a joint effort, but that was a nice award.”
