It comes after Academy graduates Gracie Prior and Lily Murphy made their Barclays Women’s Super League bows in our strong 3-0 win over Crystal Palace last time out.
The former, who signed a professional deal in the summer, was introduced on the hour mark before the blisteringly quick winger replaced Aoba Fujino with just less than 10 minutes remaining at Selhurst Park.

“I really enjoy working with the young players, especially those who have come out of the Academy,” he said.
“Gracie Prior has been really good for us. All of them have really benefited from being with us. Playing and training alongside world class players every day has helped their game.
“To be able to give them something at times, and it’s really hard to do that because we have a lot of quality in the team, is nice.
“We know they can do it. We know Lily is going to cause problems for a lot of teams and Gracie is a solid defender. They’re still learning, there are still some things they can improve on.
“But, they have the best possible chance of doing that in our environment. I’ve been really pleased for them.”
