So, we have called upon the expertise of women’s first team forward and 70-cap Canadian international Beckie to guide you through a four-part HIIT workout, which is easy to do at home.
In this episode, Janine takes you through a series of three exercises, including jumping jacks, plank knee drives and lateral lunges, all of which can be modified to increase or decrease the difficulty.
