The England winger curled home exquisitely from just inside the area to make it four, before turning provider for Roord to head home from close-range.
And a late brace from substitute Laura Coombs rounded off a clinical display from the hosts, with the midfielder coolly side-footing Hemp’s cutback home before finding the top corner deep into stoppage time from Jess Park‘s cross.
