A first half brace from Chloe Kelly, Esme Morgan’s first goal for the Club and a late strike from Sam Mewis completed a dominant victory as City clocked up 100 goals under the management of Gareth Taylor.
Kelly tapped in on the rebound to give the hosts the lead after Caroline Weir’s low drive was saved and the striker claimed her 10th goal of the season and the 100th of Taylor’s tenure when she stroked home Lauren Hemp’s low centre after 23 minutes.
City were dealt a blow in the second half when Kelly was stretchered off following a collision with Birmingham defender Rebecca Holloway, with Weir seeing her resulting penalty saved by Hannah Hampton.
Morgan bundled home from a corner to add City’s third and Mewis sealed the three points when she fired into the bottom corner from Janine Beckie’s corner.
