Watch the bite-sized best bits from City's excellent 4-0 win over Liverpool in the Barclays Women's Super League.

Khadija ‘Bunny’ Shaw bagged a first-half brace before goals from Jill Roord and Gracie Prior helped Gareth Taylor’s side secure three vital points at the Joie Stadium.

Despite a bright start from the hosts, the opener evaded us before Matt Beard’s side grew into proceedings and carved out a number of chances themselves.

However, the visitors couldn’t find the precious first goal of the game as the Blues took charge once again.

With the fixture evenly matched heading into the final 15 minutes of the first 45, Bunny broke the deadlock in clinical fashion when collecting a Mary Fowler pass to drill low into the net.

Buoyed by the opener City continued to push and found a second on the cusp of half-time when the Australian and Jamaican combined once again.

TAYLOR ON ‘IMPORTANT’ BUNNY BRACE

Fowler lifted the ball into Shaw who then controlled well and hit the ball on the turn to double our lead.

Following the break, Jill Roord extend the lead with a wonderful volley from the edge of the area and there was further reasons to be cheerful when City found our fourth.

On what was her first WSL start, Prior darted down the right flank and sent the ball flying into the top corner from close to the touchline for her maiden senior strike.

The victory extended City’s winning streak to three straight matches and closed the gap on the division’s top three to two points.
