Rebecca Knaak’s stoppage-time winner sealed a dramatic 1-0 triumph for Andrée Jeglertz’s side at the Joie Stadium.

In what was our final home game of 2025/26, the Blues were slightly off-colour during a first half where the visitors created the better chances with Grace Fisk hitting the post.

But following the interval, City arrived with fresh energy and renewed attacking impetus as Kerolin was denied by a fantastic Jennifer Falk save.

JEGLERTZ: CITY’S BELIEF IS AMAZING

With the clock ticking down, though, it looked like we’d have to settle for a point in our fierce pursuit of the title.

That was until Alex Greenwood’s vicious corner was met by a diving Knaak in the 91st minute, who sent the ball into the bottom corner and those inside the Joie Stadium into raptures.

It means the Blues will seal the title if we win at West Ham in our final league game - regardless of our rivals’ results.
