Leila Ouahabi opened the scoring inside 18 minutes when she tapped home after Kerolin Nicoli, Jill Roord and Mary Fowler had all had attempts blocked.
Kerolin made it two with her first goal for the Club, seeing her looping effort deflect into the far corner after being released by Jess Park.
The game was then put beyond all doubt when half-time substitute Khadija ‘Bunny’ Shaw headed Aoba Fujino’s cross home just before the hour mark.
Leicester got on the scoresheet late on when Nelly Las fired past Ayaka Yamashita to give the visitors hope.
But City withstood the late pressure to progress through to the quarter-finals of the FA Cup.
