To help mark the special occasion we joined Club legend Steph Houghton on a special walk and talk around the venue.
The City and England defensive icon has been one of the pivotal figures of the City team ever since joining the Club back in 2014.
Now in her 10th season at City, Steph guided us around our home to reflect on what has been a memorable nine years at the Club.
She also talks about her own memorable career arc as well as the huge strides made in the women’s game - both at City and across the sport in general - during her time here.

Steph also looks ahead to the special challenge of playing out first home game of the season against Chelsea, the reigning WSL champions, in front of a sell-out crowd.
And she reveals how important the backing of the fans will be to the City squad… both on Sunday and throughout the season.
